Huckleberry Park in Providence Las Vegas was inspired by the classic Mark Twain character "Huckleberry Finn," everything about this recreation destination has been designed to embrace the community's overall vision and small town Americana ambiance.
Huckleberry Park at Providence Las Vegas has something to do for all ages including full court basketball, swings, picnic benches, elevated outdoor stage, plus a large and small dog park. The community has already utilized this amazing park by hosting some of their biggest events of the year, such as Providence's 1st annual Food Truck Round-Up. This event was held in November of 2015 where the event's theme was "Together We CAN Food Drive". For Every 5 canned food items donated, you would receive $1.00 in Truck Bucks. Famous food trucks lined the park selling delicious options such as full course entrees, hot chocolate, cookies, pies and so much more. The event had a DJ, games and offered tons of fun for all ages. Huckleberry Park at Providence Las Vegas also hosted Providence's December event called Hometown Holidays. From 4-8pm residents enjoyed festive holiday activities. At the end of the night, the event finished with a beautiful fireworks display that could be seen all over Providence Las Vegas. Sean Everett is a native to the Las Vegas Valley. He was raised in the real estate world and gained his first job working on home rehabilitation’s at the astonishing age of 8. Sean Everett was one of the youngest agents to receive his real estate license in the state of Nevada. Sean wanted to dig deeper into the industry and not only sell buildings but construct them as well. After completing his 4 year apprenticeship with the Union Iron Workers Local 433 he became a Journeyman. He has helped build the Palazzo Condo Towers, the amazing City Center, and the Las Vegas International Airport all doing this while obtaining his real estate license and selling homes. Sean knows the meaning of dedication, determination, and drive. He is an asset to the real estate business because of his adaptable knowledge to grow with the economy. He has received multiple certificates and strongly believes in continued education in order to better serve his clients. He started his career working with investors, having been personally involved in over 250 rehabs in the Las Vegas valley. Although Sean loves to work side by side with investors, he thoroughly enjoys negotiating and representing Sellers and Buyers with their real estate needs.
